1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

    • The item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • The return request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
    • Customized, personalized, and intimate items (e.g., swimwear, underwear) are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Initiating a Return:

    • Your order number.
    • A detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
    • Clear photographs of any defects or issues with the product.

3. Return Cost Responsibility:

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Routine Fashion will cover the cost of return shipping. In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or a non-defective product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Responsibility:

  • Routine Fashion is committed to ensuring that returned items are resalable. If the returned item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, no restocking fee will apply.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged, missing tags or packaging), Routine Fashion reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

6. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return, and then place a new order for the desired item separately.

7. Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
