2.1 What are the delivery times?

Orders placed on working days before 14:00 and the delivery takes 1 to 10 days.

2.2 What are the shipping methods?

We ship our packages with USPS/DHL.

With the shipment you will receive a Track & Trace code, with which you can track your package from the moment of shipment to delivery.

You will receive Track & Trace code from us after the first scan in the sorting center of our shipping service.

2.3 I have not received a track and trace code?

This can happen, check the junk or spam folder in your mailbox to be sure. If the e-mail is not included here, your e-mail address is probably incorrect. Mail to and we will email your track & trace code.

2.4 I entered the wrong address, what now?

If you contact us before the package has been shipped, we will adjust it for you.

If the package has already been shipped, it will probably be returned to the sender. However, the new shipping costs must then be incurred by the customer to resend the package to the correct address.
